Order and Payment
1) You must be a member of DVD-Original.com.
Steps: If you are Not a Member, Go to My Account(on top
right corner of this website) and create your member account.
2) Please add your desired products to your Shopping Cart.

3)Inside Shopping Cart Click

4) Once you click on Checkout,
| - | First, you will see Delivery information where include Shipping method and Shipping Address. |
| - | Second, You will see Payment Information where include Type of payment( Bank Transfer or Credit Card) and Billind Address. |
| - | Third, you will see Order Comfirmation Form. |
| - | Forth, The Order process finished and confirmed after you click Confirm Order. |
| - | Fifth, You will receive email and Update regarding your Products to your email. |
| - | click continue button to continue exploring our website |
Note: if Purchase only one product, we will charge extra Rp 10.000 excluding Shipping Fee
Shipping
You will receive an email from us about Your Order Details after finishing the Checkout Process.
We will contact you either by email or phone when we don't receive any payment on the third day of the order was made by you.
Your products will arrive at your destination within 2-5 working days After your payment confirmed.
Pemesanan dan pembayaran.
1. Anda harus menjadi anggota DVD-Original.com
Langkah : JIka Anda belum menjadi anggota, klik My Account (Hyperlink berada di sebelah kanan atas website) untuk daftar menjadi anggota DVD-Original.com
2.Silahkan memilih produk yang Anda inginkan
- klik tombol Add to Cart untuk memasukkan produk yang dipilih ke keranjang belanja Anda.
- untuk mengecek keranjang belanja Anda dapat meng klik Shopping Cart (Hyperlink berada di sebelah kanan atas website)
3. Di dalam halaman Shopping Cart :
Tombol Checkout : untuk melanjutkan proses belanja
Tombol Update : untuk memperbaharui list belanja apabila Anda membatalkan suatu produk dengan menconteng list "remove" terlebih dahulu.
Hyperlink "Continue Shopping" : untuk melanjutkan mencari produk yang lainnya.
kolom "QTY" : isikan jumlah kuantitas produk yang ingin dibeli.
4. Apabila Anda telah mengklik tombol Checkout:
- Pertama, Anda akan menuju halaman informasi pengiriman (DELIVERY INFORMATION) yang berisi info alamat pengiriman dan metode pembayaran, Tombol Change Address untuk mengubah alamat pengiriman, Tombol Continue untuk melanjutkan proses.
- Kedua, Anda akan menuju halaman informasi pembayaran (PAYMENT INFORMATION) yang berisi info alamat pembayar dan metode pembayaran yang dipilih,Tombol Change Address untuk mengubah alamat pembayar, Tombol "Continue" untuk melanjutkan proses.
- Ketiga, Anda akan menuju halaman konfirmasi order (ORDER CONFIRMATION)
- Keempat, proses order Anda selesai apabila Anda telah mengklik tombol Confirm Order
- Kelima, Anda akan mendapatkan e-mail proses order dari DVD-Original.com
- klik tombol Continue untuk melanjutkan melihat-lihat website DVD-Original.com
Catatan: Jika belanja kurang dari 2 produk, kami akan mengenakan biaya ektra Rp 10.000 diluar biaya pengiriman
Pengiriman
-Anda akan mendapat e-mail dari DVD-Original.com mengenai detail pemesanan setelah menyelesaikan proses order.
-Kami akan menghubungi Anda melalui e-mail atau telpon apabila kami tidak menerima pembayaran dalam 3 hari dari waktu pemesanan.
-Barang pesanan Anda akan tiba dalam waktu 2-5 hari kerja setelah Anda melakukan konfirmasi proses pembayaran.
